ÜNS Textile first started its activities with fabric manufacturing and always focused on quality by using advanced technology weaving looms and integrating quality control stages in order to obtain quality products. Our desire to achieve perfection and our investments in customer satisfaction, efficiency and flexibility have made us an important fabric manufacturer and exporter in the sector. The use of an integrated technology with its experienced internal strength and sound management system provides us with the opportunity to sell and guarantee products in accordance with international quality standards.
HOW IS THE PROCESS
PRODUCTION
As a result of hard work with our R&D team, we start weaving our fabric creation, which we have decided for production, on our state-of-the-art weaving looms. Afterwards, the woven fabrics are made ready for the dyeing stage by passing through special controls in our own unit.
DYEING/PRINTING
After the construction information of the woven fabric is checked and approved in the dyehouse, it is made ready for the dyehouse in a quality and trouble-free manner.
QUALITY CONTROL
The fabrics whose dyeing process is finished are checked and barcoded by our expert staff in our latest system quality control mechanisms. Fabrics made to order are taken to the shipping warehouse.
